I started Evans Smith because I believe challenging things should feel easier for the people they’re meant to serve.

I’m obsessed with understanding customers — what they want, why they choose, and where their needs aren’t being met. When leaders build around those insights, strategy becomes clearer and smarter, and growth far more sustainable.

My work sits at the intersection of brand, experience, and operations. I help leaders make sense of complexity, clarify what matters, and build systems that turn strategy into something you can actually execute. It’s part insight, part structure, and part fierce commitment to better work.
